An open letter to the host and co-host

As we all know last night there was a tiff between Barty (Bo) and the co-host.

I would like to publicly state that I think the cohost acted deplorably and ridiculously. Bo did NOT doing anything wrong and was treated horribly for no reason. He simply asked why his answer wasnt right and suddenly he is attacked. It showed the cohosts lack of knowledge of the challenge and the complete disregard of feelings.

There is no reason to have treated Bo that way. I think you should apologiZe and remove yourself from the game. It's now obvious that you can't play this game as it requires complete impartiality, something you just don't have.

I am aware of the conversation that took place last night. I agree that what was said in the group chat was inappropriate. I will not go into further details on the matter. I humbly apologize to Bo for what occured and hope that he will reconsider his decision.

I've spoken with Voldemort and the decision has been made that he will continue to help me with the game but will remain in the background. This means that he will still help me with the posting of challenges when I can't be present, such as granting access to the challenge boards..etc. He has put as much time and effort into writing this game as I have which has been countless hours over the past few months. However, any challenges that take place over AIM in the future will be hosted by myself with him as backup to help me track progress.

I hope this is a satisfactory compromise for all.

All I ever wanted was an apology from him. Clearly he thinks he's in the right as he refuses to do so. However, I truly appreciate you (Dumbledore) coming to me personally and posting publicly like you have. It wasn't your responsibility to claim, but it means a lot and I thank you for that.

By the way I never said I would quit if Voldemort was not removed from the game - at all. I don't quit games. All I said was that I thought it was out of line and that steps should be taken.

Just wanted to clarify as I'm hearing different stories circulating.

I'm sorry to hear that. The Dark Lord makes mistakes but he can also be forgiven.
We are all in grave danger now, a mad Dark Lord is not an easy Dark Lord to deal with.
